4 to 1
This is incredible, I have had a only one coke for the last two days. For everyone that knows me, knows that this is unheard of. I am on the 4 cokes a day, everyday! I am not sure what sparked the change, but it feels great. The craving has subsided and I am onto better things: Water!! Who I am, I do not know. My love affair with Coca-Cola has been long standing. I am Coke. I am a fountain Coke, I am a Coke with every meal and then some. I am the morning girl that loves the sound of a fresh coke being poured into an icy glass from the fridge. No longer. I already miss the ice cold drink, but now enough to pour one.

I'm impressed. You must be getting enough sleep. I still have 4 a day myself.
find yourself a sponsor, get rid of your enablers and remember it's a daily process. my mom is a long time absuer (she knows every employee at every mcdonald's within a 30 mile range) it's really sad because she doesn't go a DAY without it! ha! but hey, at least she's a functioning addict!
